Eddisons boosts Leeds valuation team with promotion and hires
Property group Eddisons has made new hires and a senior promotion in its Leeds valuation team following a record year of turnover growth for the division.
Jack Hutchinson, who joined the firm on Eddisons’ graduate programme in 2014, has been promoted to director. Jack has a widespread network across the Yorkshire professional services sector and expertise in working for high street lenders and challenger banks in the region.
The valuation team has had its best year on record and has expanded with the arrival of chartered surveyor Nick Verity, who joined Eddisons last year.
The team is also welcoming back Rowan Manning as a graduate surveyor. Rowan spent a year with Eddisons as a placement student in 2021 before completing his degree with first class honours from Nottingham Trent University.
Catherine Chapman has recently come on board as the latest placement student from Sheffield Hallam University. This marks the fifth consecutive year that Eddisons has run its placement programme with both Sheffield Hallam and Nottingham Trent universities.
Eddisons regional director Edward Hine, who heads the Leeds valuation team, said: “Our team has had an exceptional year following the pandemic and continues to go from strength to strength. We have enhanced our bank panel coverage and strengthened our existing client relationships.
“This has been supported by wider growth in our valuation business across the north, with senior recruits and promotions in both our Newcastle and Manchester teams. We’re immensely proud of our team who always strive to maintain the highest levels of professional service and provide sound advice to our lending clients.”
