Bellway launches residents’ gym at Eastside Quarter in Bexleyheath
A well-equipped residents-only gym has been opened at Bellway London’s Eastside Quarter development in Bexleyheath. The development is being built on the site of the former civic offices in the town and features 518 apartments, including studios and one, two and three-bedroom homes.
Set within landscaped gardens off Broadway just a few minutes’ walk from the town centre, Eastside Quarter’s new state-of-the-art gym adds another attraction to living there, following on from the opening of the development’s rooftop gardens and the on-site concierge service.
The gym was opened on Saturday (23 July) and got off to a flying start with a session for residents hosted by personal trainer Daniel Baldwin, of TMS Fitness.
Daniel showed off the new facilities and gave residents who attended the session some top tips on using the equipment and making the most of having a gym right on their doorstep for their exclusive use.
Sales director for Bellway London, Emma Hamlett, said: “Here at Bellway London, we are always focused on creating homes and communities that work for the way people want to live now. That means creating a development that supports people’s wellbeing and their life balance.
“Having a fantastic gym on site is part of that mission and we have had such positive feedback from home buyers who are looking forward to keeping fit without fuss – and getting to know their neighbours while they do it.
“Everyone had a great time at the opening of the new gym, and I think left inspired to make the most of everything it has to offer.”
