Eddisons adds senior surveyor to Newcastle team
Property group Eddisons has made a new appointment to its growing valuations team based at the firm’s 10-stong Newcastle city centre office.
Donna Alderson has joined Eddisons from Newcastle City Council as a senior surveyor. She managed a varied portfolio of properties for the council including Grainger Market, Eldon Square shopping centre and the Theatre Royal. An RICS qualified chartered surveyor, Donna has wide experience across all areas of general practice surveying.
Eddisons director Jason Smith, who heads the firm’s valuations team in the North East, said: “We are really pleased to welcome Donna to our growing team.
“Eddisons are approved panel valuers for all the high street banks, as well as many other banks and lending institutions. We have also seen growth in our private client work through relationships with a network of local professionals. Our latest new appointment will enable us to further grow our valuation service offering across the North East and Cumbria.”
Leeds-headquartered Eddisons now employs over 360 people at 25 offices nationally and is one of the UK’s fastest growing property consultancies.
