London real estate advisor expands team to cope with “buoyant” market
London-based real estate advisor has hired a cohort of new team members during quarter two as it continues to expand its team to cope with the increasingly buoyant market inside the M25.
Copping Joyce, a multi-disciplinary practice, delivers services including valuations, investment and development acquisitions and disposals, commercial and residential agency, insolvency services, expert witness and building surveying.
Ten new graduates have joined the team and bring with them a new and fresh perspective to the business.
Darya Kolas, director and head of social housing at Copping Joyce, said: “We are thrilled to be expanding our team with so much new, young talent. The introduction of the new graduates certainly brings a keen eagerness and fresh perspective to the Copping Joyce team!

Copping Joyce have 100 per cent first time pass rate for APC achieved through their commitment to ongoing training and development of their team public sector, ESPO framework supplier and government, and is a supplier to the Crown Commercial Service.
