JBS to showcase global brands portfolio at SIAL
JBS, the world’s largest food company, will showcase its brand portfolio at the 29th edition of SIAL Paris, one of the world’s largest retail and food service trade shows.
The company’s aim is to showcase its top brands, highlighting its multi-protein portfolio to global partners and potential new customers.
Friboi, the world’s top-selling Brazilian beef brand, will highlight one of its premium ranges, 1953 Friboi – select cuts from controlled origin comprising a special blend of European breeds. Serving consumers with discerning palates, the high-quality product is the result of advanced technology and standardization that ensures meat with a high level of marbling, smoothness and succulence.
Catering to the convenience segment, Seara will showcase its Seara Professional Premium Coated range of breaded products that are quick to prepare, made from 100% chicken breast and with no added artificial ingredients or palm oil. The range includes chunks, mini fillets and fillets for applications ranging from finger food to meals. In addition, the brand will run a special tasting session of its Seara Frozen Chicken Griller.
JBS will host a Cooking Show with chef Morena Leite, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu. Running throughout the four-day show, three 45-minute product tasting and cooking sessions will be held each day. The chef will offer a range of options for finalizing dishes, with surprises for attendees.
