We're Hiring: Audience Engagement Manager - Bdaily Premium

Bdaily is creating a brand new role to help develop its new flagship content community, Bdaily Premium. This platform offers its paying members access to a range of in-depth business content for personal and professional development.

  • Role: Audience Engagement Manager
  • Type: Part-time / Flexible (up to 17.5 hours per week), Permanent
  • Location: Remote & Newcastle-upon-Tyne
  • Salary: £30,000 p.a. (£15,000 p.a. pro-rata)

We are looking for an Audience Engagement Manager who will lead the growth of this new online community of business people and deliver on a range of engagement aims.

A blank canvas with plenty of room for creativity, we expect this role to involve direct engagement with the membership that may take the form of online and virtual events, online marketing via social media platforms like LinkedIn, and working with customers/members on new collaborative initiatives.

The overarching aims of this role are to grow the community and add value for members.

As the face of Bdaily Premium, you will lead in setting and delivering on targets with the support of the wider, very friendly, Bdaily team. You will be responsible for:

  • Growing the Bdaily Premium community of paying subscribers
  • Designing new initiatives, features, and offerings that will appeal to the community
  • Directing the social media strategies that promote the community
  • Developing mechanisms to help encourage engagement between members
  • Designing events - both virtual and real-world - for community members
  • Attracting new content contributors to the Bdaily Premium platform
  • Engaging members to gather ongoing feedback
  • Attracting new business-level memberships

We operate a hybrid working model, meaning this role would be carried in part remotely from home and in part from our offices in South Gosforth, Newcastle. You will join a small but dedicated team that values each other and a healthy work-life balance.
