Georgian Quarter set to welcome new multi-million pound housing scheme courtesy of Frank Rogers building contractors

The city’s Georgian Quarter is set to a welcome a new £1.4million housing development courtesy of leading building contractors Frank Rogers.

Hampton Place will see a collection of four unique, high specification four-bedroom semi-detached properties being designed and built over the next 18 months on Hampton Street, each with private parking for two vehicles in the form of a driveway.

It’s hoped that the development will become a highly desirable offering within Liverpool’s ever-popular rental location.

Managing Director of Frank Rogers Building Contractors Dean Rogers said: “We are really excited to add this development to our portfolio. For the past 50 years, we have prided ourselves on employing highly skilled local people, who have helped us to develop the reputation that we have today.

“This performance is also supported by our long-term established relationships with reputable sub-contractors and suppliers, who collectively help us to deliver a full range of services including new build, major refurbishment, responsive maintenance as well as a dedicated fire protection division.”

The firm believes the regeneration plans for the area will help to create a new destination, featuring artisan shops, independent bars and restaurants as well as the development’s properties, ‘making it a true urban oasis for everyone to enjoy’.

Dean added: “The city is currently being transformed through a number of major development projects, such as the likes of Liverpool Waters, and with a rapidly increasing population and the highest rental yields in the UK in recent years, Liverpool is an extremely appealing choice for private investors.

“This development has come at a time where we can see a £14billion regeneration across the city into homes and infrastructure, which is having a big impact on the local area.”

Established in 1972, Frank Rogers is a family owned, medium sized building contractor working throughout the North West. With more than 80 members of staff, they have the in-house resources, expertise and experience to successfully undertake a number of construction projects concurrently.

Hampton Place follows the business’ other major city centre development Rialto House, which saw the team give the Liverpool landmark at the junction of Parliament Street and Princes Road a new lease of life, as the existing offices were converted into nine apartments, which were all sold off plan.

As part of the ten month project, the £1.5million scheme saw each of the high-end apartments fitted with bespoke kitchens and bathrooms, full MEP installations, flooring and decoration, as well as the installation of dormers to the penthouse apartment and completed communal works including dry risers, lift works, access control and full compartmentation.
