Pendo gears up to drive Europe’s product-led movement

Pendo, the most comprehensive product experience platform, celebrates the return of its Pendomonium EMEA event in London this week, expecting 3x the number of 2021 attendees for keynotes and discussion around how businesses can achieve efficient growth in a downturn by putting product first.

The event follows another quarter of success for Pendo, with highlights including its Product-Led certification course, the launch of powerful new analytics, in-app guidance and machine learning features, and continued customer and revenue growth.

Notably, Pendo recently welcomed a wave of new customers in Europe, including Croner-i and National Grid, and expanded its relationships with brands like AppsFlyer, BrightHR and Clarivate Analytics. More than 7,000 companies now use Pendo to provide better software experiences to 600 million people every month.

“In less than a year since setting up our new London base, Europe’s desire to go product-led has gotten stronger and stronger. The phenomenal demand we’ve seen for this year’s Pendomonium event in London speaks for itself!” said Spencer Earp, MD EMEA of Pendo.

“We have welcomed several new brands across the region as customers in recent months, and grown our relationships with others. With these organisations spanning diverse industries like energy, financial services and education, it’s evident that in an age where nearly every company is a software company, product is becoming a priority for all.”

Pendo’s growth in Q3 was driven by existing customer expansion, Pendo Free conversion, and continued momentum in the Asia-Pacific and EMEA regions. New customers in EMEA include National Grid and Croner-i Limited. Customers that expanded their relationships with Pendo include AppsFlyer, BrightHR, and Clarivate Analytics.

Pendo’s flagship annual event in Raleigh this quarter drew more than 1,000 product and IT leaders together who explored the theme, “The Product-Led Experience” in a lively festival setting. Pendo will also host the second annual Pendomonium EMEA in London on November 17, with triple the attendance of its 2021 event.

The conference will be held in London’s Kings Place, boasting an agenda of expert speakers from brands like Elsevier, Scrive, WPP, Very Group, and Zoopla; as well as product evangelists like Matt LeMay, author of ‘Product Management in Practice’, and MD of the world’ biggest product community, Emily Tate.

Full agenda is available here. Mind the Product’s annual conference, #MTPCon, also returned to London for the first time since 2019, bringing together more than 1,800 product people representing 46 countries and 470 companies for a series of talks by industry thought leaders.

As remote work and ‘bossware’ becomes more prolific, Pendo committed to its role protecting employee privacy as workplace software adoption tools are more widely adopted.

Pendo continues to drive the product-led movement forward, with strong early interest for its Product-Led Certification course that teaches product managers and business leaders how to apply product-led strategies to drive growth. Launched at the end of second quarter, the course has received more than 16,000 registrants with thousands of certifications completed.
