Leeds marketing and creative design agency expands into new city centre office

Marketing and creative design agency, The Individual Agency, has broken the £1m turnover mark following significant client wins, expanded its team, and relocated to bigger city centre premises.

The agency, which specialises in providing clients with brand management, graphic design, social media management and web design and development, attributes its success to growing its retained client base including Mr Freeze, SUSO, Sunny D, Del Monte, Welch’s, Ben Shaws, Slumberdown bedding and US-based Baker Co.

“Significant” client wins in 2022 have also bolstered TIA. The agency has been appointed by Purity Global cleaning products, supporting the launch of its Crystale brand into Asda stores with social media activity; Kirkstall Brewery, designing and developing its new website; Nix&Kix, the natural drink manufacturer, supporting new product launches, and more.

TIA, which was founded by MD Michelle Edgar-Parsons, has invested in talent acquisition and strengthened its team with nine new appointments in 2022 to meet increasing client demand. And to accommodate its growing workforce has moved to a new office, complete with a bar, in the Round Foundry, a “leading” location for Leeds’ creative community.

Managing director Michelle commented: “2022 has been an incredible year for TIA. To reach a turnover of £1M is testament to the team’s tenacity, talent and commitment to our clients.

TIA has “extensive” experience collaborating with clients in the food and drink, homewares and science sectors. Its roster of clients also includes Refresco Beverages, Aston Manor drinks manufacturer, Hartford Holdings, Trojan Baths and Traymate Shower Trays, and Baker’s laboratory products.
