School Children Receive Thank You Gift from Care Home
Edendale Lodge Care Home spread glad tidings and thanks with the Belmont Big Book of Jokes to the children of Crowhurst Primary School Badger Class.
The books were presented to each child as a special ‘thank you’ gift for spreading Christmas cheer at the Care Home with a Christmas carol concert.
Zoe Kendall Manager at Edendale Lodge Care Home says: “We wanted to say thank you to the children, they put so much effort in to making our Christmas very special. What better gift than to present a copy of our very own joke book, and with jokes like; ‘What do you get if you cross Santa with a duck? A Christmas Quacker!’ we hope they found the jokes as funny as we do.”
