Miller Homes attempts to incentivise house hunting in 2023

The dream of a move to a stunning new home in 2023 could become a reality for many house hunters, thanks to a range of January incentives launched by Miller Homes.

The housebuilder, which has a range of live sites and many more coming soon across the North East, unveiled three significant incentives for customers reserving a new home this month [January 2023], including an incredible £15,000 cashback.

Buyers are being offered a variety of offers on any new home purchased from Miller Homes before January 31. Incentives include up to £15,000 cashback, to spend flexibly on mortgage payments, bills, shopping or even cover the costs of decorating their new property. The incentive offers £750 for every £25,000 of the purchase price up to a maximum of £15,000, excluding extras.

A second option is 5 per cent deposit paid, helping first time buyers take their first step onto the property ladder, or reducing home movers’ loan value to help unlock a better mortgage rate. And there’s also Part Exchange Plus, providing a guaranteed buyer with no estate agent fees, no buying chain, plus the full true value of the seller’s property at the point Miller Homes’ sell it.

Customers can also part exchange to allow them to move quickly or, if they are buying a home and thinking of moving later in the year, a combination of assisted move and a backup part exchange can be used, if they are struggling to sell in time for their new home being ready.

The incentives available on reservations taken in January for any plot at all nine Miller Homes developments currently being marketed - will provide a welcome boost to those looking to buy a new property, making it easier and more affordable to move in 2023.

Aisling Ramshaw, sales director at Miller Homes North East, said: “We have a number of outstanding developments across the region offering a selection of 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes, creating fantastic new communities and stunning places to call home.

“By bringing that together with these really attractive incentives, we’re making it possible for many people to move to a new home who may have previously ruled it out, as we look to help buyers across the region find their dream home in 2023.”
