Operum Tech launches in London & Croydon

The newest kids on the block in London’s IT services industry miraculously come with decades of experience. Operum Tech may be newly launched, but these IT experts have been working their magic for more than 20 years.

Formerly PC Service Limited, Operum Tech has relaunched with a brand new identity combined with the outstanding service and exceptional customer care they are famous for. The rebrand also comes with exciting expansion plans for the London and Croydon-based business.

As Operum CEO Tom Breza explains: “The reason for the rebrand was about finding a new name that better reflected our professional expertise and dynamic way of working; a name to help us communicate what we can truly do.

“I joked that Operum stands for Operation Management, but in a sense it does and that’s what we do in a way - we manage operations. As IT experts, our work enables others to do theirs. That’s where the magic comes in!”

Operum offers an extensive range of managed IT services for businesses, including a number of newly-launched extras. Tom and his team are problem-solvers dedicated to helping you find the IT solution that best fits your needs.

Tom, who recently ran an ultramarathon to raise money for the children of war-torn Ukraine, is excited about leading his business into an exciting new future, while staying true to the philosophy and magic that has helped him and his team become indispensable to so many clients over the last two decades.

“We want to help customers by offering them peace of mind,” Tom adds. “It’s for that reason that our slogan is, ‘It’s kind of IT magic’ because just like with magic, you don’t have to understand how it is done in order to be wowed. We provide the IT expertise and knowledge so you’re able to focus on what you do best.

“What we want to provide our customers is similar to the experience of going to a restaurant. You get to enjoy your meal and the whole experience without having to deal with any of the preparation, hard work, or cleaning up behind the scenes. That’s our job and we’re very happy to do it.”

Tom and his team have exciting plans for Operum’s first 12 months. While the business is London-based, with offices in the capital and in Croydon, they provide a nationwide service and also work with international clients.

Operum is also taking a new approach to their communications with the launch of a brand new newsletter packed with the latest industry content as well as an increased presence on key social media channels.
