Mincoffs completes further acquisition for Northern Telecom
A rapidly growing Leeds telecom company has completed its eighth acquisition in just five years, thanks to legal support from the corporate team at Newcastle-based Mincoffs Solicitors.
Northern Telecom has expanded its reach and services for small to medium sized business customers through the acquisition of the businesses and assets of Direct Market Services Limited and Toople.com Limited.
As a result of the deal, both customer and reseller relationships of the purchased businesses will be absorbed into the wider Northern Telecom group.
Jon Graves, group marketing director at Northern Telecom, believes the acquisition will further strengthen the wider group. “We’re delighted to finalise another two acquisitions to supplement our growth this year,” he said. We look forward to supporting each customer with their IT and telecoms requirements.“
Chris Hughes, a partner in Mincoffs’ corporate team, said: “It was brilliant to support Jon and the team with yet another acquisition for the business, which has embarked on an impressive growth trajectory in recent years. It is always a pleasure to work with Northern Telecom and we look forward to supporting them on future deals.”
Mincoffs Solicitors has provided expert legal services and advice across the North East and beyond for more than 70 years.
Alongside corporate services, the firm’s offering includes commercial, real estate, dispute resolution, employment law, licensing and gaming, residential conveyancing, family law and wills, probate and trusts.
