Redmayne Smith kickstarts 2023 with Property Wealth Network event

After a successful year in 2022, Redmayne Smith is kickstarting 2023 with its series of Property Wealth Network (PWN) events - returning to London on January 17 2023.

Featuring talks from keynote speakers Scott Weir and Mary Cullen, and hosted by Gordon Dutfield, the first PWN London event of 2023 will take place at the Leonardo Royal London St Paul’s Hotel, from 5:30pm, where property investors will be provided with the opportunity to network, share advice and expand their clientele.

Hosted by leading property investment specialists Redmayne Smith, PWN offers the perfect opportunities for new property investors and seasoned investors alike, looking to expand their portfolio. It is a chance to meet likeminded investors, as well as learn from experienced individuals.

Keynote speaker Scott Weir, CEO of Pillow Partners - the UK’s leading social impact short-term rental management company - has been in the property industry for over 20 years with his very own residential lettings agency, estate agency, and serviced accommodation management businesses.

Scott will reveal some of the biggest mistakes currently being made in the short-term rental market, advising how investors can create a thriving business that stands the test of time.

Having started her property journey abroad on large-scale renovations and new-build luxury villas, keynote speaker Mary Cullen has a successful buy-to-hold portfolio and rent-to-rent holiday business based in the UK. Applying her award-winning brand design skills to the implementation of projects, Mary’s no excuses approach to property investment has got her where she is today.

Host Gordon Dutfield, CEO at Redmayne Smith, went from financial difficulty with no deposit to buy, to a property portfolio worth over £5m.

All three will share their words of wisdom with the attendees at PWN London.

Gordon Dutfield, CEO at Redmayne Smith, said: “After great success with our in-person events in 2022 alongside our online webinars, we are excited to continue hosting our PWN events in such a wonderful city. We’re looking forward to welcoming property investors and developers from London and surrounding areas join us for an evening of insight and learning to kickstart 2023.

PWN will also be launching in the North of England later in the year, with the first ever PWN Manchester event taking place on the 1st of February at The Midland Hotel.

Speaking of their experience at the PWN events, a previous attendee commented: “It was great to meet and see so many enthusiastic faces exchanging contact details and property experiences and knowledge”, whilst another added how great it was to “meet people that are on the same journey, some beginners and some further ahead on their property journey who are happy to share their knowledge.”
