£143m London based estate agent adds nine new offices across the capital
Dexters, a London based estate agent and chartered surveyor, has added nine new offices in south east London located in Blackheath, Brockley, East Dulwich, Honour Oak, Ladywell, Lee, New Cross, Nunhead and Peckham Rye.
There are now over 80 Dexters offices across London, including 12 in prime central London giving the business a “market leading” network across the capital.
Andy Shepherd, CEO of Dexters, commented: “Dexters now has more local offices and a greater presence than any other estate agency in London. With more local offices than any other London chain Dexters has become the capital’s market leader offering an unrivalled personal service to buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants across the city.
“Dexters’ London-wide resources include our Corporate Lettings and International Relocation Teams which gives us global reach with over 10,000 new enquiries from around the world every year.”
The latest Annual Report and Accounts show the business generating revenue of £143.3m and operating profit of £40.6m with the group currently looking after over 30,000 landlords and facilitating more than 28,000 property transactions across London per annum.
The business was 16 per cent up on new instructions in December 2022 compared to 2021, and applicant registrations were up by 30 per cent over the festive period, making for a busy start to 2023. Many of these enquiries came from national and international blue-chip companies looking to relocate staff to London.
