New Year New Recruitment Campaign Announced
Belmont Healthcare has launched a recruitment campaign with a bit of twist and its packed full of incentives, 400 to be precise.
Taking a new approach to recruitment, Belmont Healthcare are appealing to their teams to refer their contacts for a position in the growing Belmont care teams across Kent, East Sussex and Solihull.
The company will pay the referrer £400 for new starters successfully referred, and recruited into the business.
Adam Hutchison, Managing Director at Belmont Healthcare says: “Who better to refer working at Belmont Healthcare than the people who are already part of the team. We are looking to our teams to refer people they know, and with a huge referral bonus we’re hoping there’s enough of an incentive for people to really go out of their way to help us grow our already amazing team.”
For anyone looking for a professional role within a healthcare environment should contact Belmont Healthcare to learn more about the opportunities available. Email recruitment@belmonthealthcare.co.uk and start your professional skills and development journey.
