Bdaily announces new partnership with South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority
Bdaily is pleased to announce a new strategic partnership with South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority (SYMCA).
As of February, 2023 SYMCA will look to Bdaily to help spread the word about ongoing programmes which businesses can benefit from such as Made Smarter and Skills Bank.
With Bdaily’s specialist business audience SYMCA will be engaging with those most suitable for the programmes across Yorkshire.
Bdaily business manager Andrew Carter explained: “I’m thrilled to have SYMCA come on board to work closely with us as they look to expand their reach across the Yorkshire business community and beyond.
“Having worked with various local authorities and combined authorities across the nation, strengthening the relationship with SYMCA and helping to get their message to our loyal readers in Yorkshire will provide a boost to all parties.
“We’re confident that our specialist knowledge and experience will help SYMCA achieve their goals in 2023 and in turn help businesses in the region, which is what we’re all about.”
Andrew Armstrong, South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority’s Development Manager - Special Projects, added: “We look forward to working with Bdaily on the exciting business support programmes in the region and beyond. We are onboarding SME manufacturers across Yorkshire and the Humber for the Made Smarter programme, and here in South Yorkshire we’re promoting the Skills Bank scheme, which part-fund skills training for employees.
“With the reach of Bdaily, combined with these cutting-edge business support programmes, we hope to see a huge uptake in the programmes leading to more businesses fulfilling their potential.”
