Harrogate based estate agency opens new office as “ambitious” expansion continues
Just three months after becoming an independent estate agency, North Residential has opened a second branch in Pocklington, East Riding of Yorkshire.
The opening forms part of “ambitious” plans to drive growth for the Harrogate based practice, which rebranded away from national chain, Knight Frank after 15 years.
In September last year business leaders Harlan Pollitt and Daniel Rigg announced the breakaway while launching the North Residential rebrand and have since been able to invest more autonomously whilst retaining and growing its client portfolio.
Harlan Pollitt commented: “We are delighted to announce the opening of a new branch in Pocklington which fits into our locational criteria as a highly desirable area to live at the foot of the Yorkshire Wolds with full coverage of the York area.
“We operate as an independent company with no external funding or debt and, with the best and most motivated team in the business, we are extremely well placed to expand the North Residential brand into more prime locations.
“We anticipate around 60 per cent year on year growth with at least three new office openings per annum and are excited to announce further new locations very soon.”
Scott Holley has been appointed to lead the team at the new Pocklington branch which is located right in the heart of the popular market town. Scott has over 20 years’ experience in residential property having held senior roles with Galbraith and Savills.
Scott added: “I am delighted to take this fantastic opportunity to establish a presence in Pocklington for North Residential. Whilst I have garnered my skillset across several UK locations, my heart belongs in Pocklington where I grew up.
“I am so excited to embed North Residential as a part of the local community, helping residents every step of the way in their next important home move.”
