Volvo Car UK to open multi-million pound flagship facility in North West London

Aviva Investors has confirmed work has commenced on a multi-million pound “state of the art” new Volvo Car UK facility at Centennial Park, Elstree.

The lease was signed at the beginning of the year. Fit out works have commenced, with project completion due by October. The 35k sq ft unit plus car park deck will be a flagship site for Volvo Car UK. With an overall investment of more than £6m, the facility will be a flagship site for Volvo showcasing the newest sustainable and digital initiatives.

The site will be operated by Endeavour Automotive and will be known as Volvo Cars North West London. It will consolidate Endeavour Automotive’s existing sites in the area, Volvo Cars Watford and Volvo Cars North London.

The new letting takes a prominent unit at Centennial Park and the scale of Volvo’s undertaking will be used as a case study example for “what excellence looks like” across the Aviva equity book going forward.
