Phonics with Robot Reg expands to Solihull, Maldon & Southminster, Maidenhead, and East Yorkshire.
With many parents wanting to give their kids a head start when it comes to reading, Phonics with Robert Reg, a phonics class with fifty five locations across the country, is on hand to do just that.
Teacher Alex Burnside started her popular early-year’s phonics classes (which was highly commended for Best Franchise/Licensed Preschool Activity in the What’s on 4 Kids Awards) in 2016, and now classes are available across the country. With the franchise expanding and new classes now open in Solihull, Maldon & Southminster, Maidenhead, and East Yorkshire. The classes combine singing and dancing with a curriculum that’s centered around key milestones in the toddler’s two-year check and Early Years Foundation Stage Framework (EYFS) that is used by nurseries. Whilst also preparing children for starting school and the phonics work they will do there to start their reading journey.
Each lesson is taught by highly trained early years experts with the curriculum designed by teachers. Founder Alex Burnside is a former primary school teacher with fifteen years of experience, both as an early years expert and a leading Literacy teacher. Each high energy classes aim to help foster a love of phonics, whilst also improving gross and fine motor skills through singing, dancing, games, sensory play, and puppets. Whilst all classes are linked to the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework (EYFS) and offer the perfect start to school.

Phonics with Robt Reg is also complemented by Counting Kids at some locations. Counting Kids is designed to give preschoolers a head start when it comes to maths skills; with classes currently in North Devon, North Somerset, Reigate and Banstead, Shefford, Letchworth and Biggleswade, Walthamstow and Woodford, and Loughton.
