Holland & Barrett’s first stores open in Greece thanks to strategic partnership
The first Holland & Barrett stores have opened their doors in Greece, thanks to a strategic partnership with FOURLIS Group, one of the leading retail and consumer goods companies in Greece.
The new Holland & Barrett stores are located in Kifissia, Glyfada and The Mall, Athens, and an online presence from March 2023. The stores are bringing H&B’s industry leading trusted, quality range and expertly trained store colleagues to the Greek market, alongside carefully selected brands to complement H&B’s wider offering.
Holland & Barrett’s launch into Greece was officially marked by Matthew Lodge, British Ambassador to Greece who joined Vasilios Fourlis, Chairman, FOURLIS Group and Alex Dower, chief commercial officer Holland & Barrett to open the Kifissia Store on Wednesday 15 February.
Nick Parker, international development director, Holland & Barrett said: “We’re excited to be making wellness a way of life for even more people by bringing Holland & Barrett to new customers in Greece. Holland & Barrett is now present in 19 countries around the world, and we’re delighted to be celebrating our first stores in Greece with our partners The FOURLIS group.”
FOURLIS Group’s objective is to have a leading role within the health and wellness sector in Greece, Romania and Bulgaria with the intention to open 120 Holland & Barrett stores over time.
