Warwickshire spa wins top accolade

A Warwickshire spa has been named as one of the best in the business after being awarded a 5 Bubble rating from the Good Spa Guide.

The Elan Spa, at Mallory Court Hotel and Spa, on Harbury Lane, received the accolade following an anonymous visit from judges.

The Good Spa Guide – the expert guide to the UK’s best spas – assess spas on strict criteria which scores cleanliness and tidiness, customer service, standard of facilities, and treatments, with Bubbles awarded on a scale of 3-5.

Those who obtain the 5 Bubble rating are deemed to offer “the whole package” and “a slice of spa luxury”, providing “tip-top treatments, first-rate facilities and fabulous customer service”.

It is the second time the Elan Spa has won the award since it opened in 2017.

The latest honour awarded the spa top marks for its range of treatments, accessibility, changing room facilities, sustainability, on-site food, and staff.

Tara James, Spa Manager, said: “We are all so happy and I am really proud of the team.

“They work really hard to maintain high standards for our guests and to retain this award shows a real level of consistency.

“We pride ourselves on creating a luxurious space in which our guests can relax and unwind, and the Good Spa Guide is the ultimate recognition of that.”

Mallory Court Hotel and Spa is set within 10-acres of lush ground, offering an exceptional experience in the Warwickshire countryside and fine dining at its 3 AA Rosette restaurant The Dining Room.

Owned by The Eden Hotel Collection, the spa includes a range of facilities including a hydrotherapy swimming pool, indoor and outdoor saunas, and a rejuvenating vitality pool, alongside a Spa Café.

Guests looking to experience the award-winning spa can receive free access and a special treatment as part of a new offer launched when booking an overnight stay on a Sunday.

As well as an overnight stay in a Classic Room, full-English breakfast, and a sparkling afternoon tea, the ‘Keep Calm and Pretend It’s Not Monday’ offer provides complimentary two-hour spa access and a Rhassoul treatment – a self-administered steam-room experience which relaxes the body and mind and can improve the health and vitality of your skin.
