Belmont Healthcare Home Care Service is Rated Good
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) has rated Belmont Homecare Services as ‘Good’ during a recent inspection where staff spoke highly of the support, they received which helped them to do their jobs well.
Rated good in all five categories of Safe, Well led, Effective, Caring, and Responsive the CQC found the service culture to be positive with everyone working to provide good care.
The inspector specifically said: “People and their relatives were overwhelmingly positive about the care provided. They liked that they saw the same staff on a regular basis for continuity and that care calls were on time and not rushed. They said the care provided was personalised to their needs. People were supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives and staff supported them in the least restrictive way possible and in their best interests.”
Sam Anderson, Manager at Belmont @ Home says: “Amazing result! We are so pleased to have achieved this and for the CQC inspector to learn and recognise that we do indeed offer a positive service.”
