GRAPH Strategy advises on tech consultancy investment
GRAPH Strategy, the London and Washington DC-based strategy consultancy is delighted to have advised on the investment into 101 Ways by Growth Capital Partners (GCP).
Founded by chairman Kelly Waters in 2013 and led by chief executive Zane Gambasin, 101 Ways is a high growth technology consultancy with capabilities and skills in cloud, DevOps, data, web and mobile applications. The company supports clients including M&S, BBC and Hargreaves Lansdown in product and technology-led transformation programmes.
GRAPH’s team on the transaction was led by James Tetherton (senior partner) and Matt Harrison (manager). GRAPH’s work on this deal extends their strong track record in the digital transformation sector, having previously advised on deals including businesses focused on systems implementation, data and analytics, cloud migration and cyber security.
James Tetherton commented: “Despite economic uncertainty, digital transformation remains a strategic imperative for many businesses. 101 Ways has an outstanding track record of delivering measurable value for its clients, and we are delighted to have supported Kelly, Zane and the whole team at 101 Ways as they continue on their growth journey.”
Zane Gambasin, CEO at 101 Ways, said: “It was great to work with the GRAPH team on this project. Their thorough analysis delivered real value in helping us to articulate our unique proposition in the sector, and to refine our growth strategies”.
GRAPH has supported many technology deals recently, including a management buyout of procurement firm Inprova, a £5m Series A investment into digital contract management platform, Summize, and a substantial investment into energy-tech business, Think Hire.
