North East SaaS firm, CustomerSure, bolsters growth with new talent
Newcastle-based independent software firm, CustomerSure, has welcomed Emma Wilson to its growing commercial team.
The customer experience tool enables organisations to design and implement customer feedback processes, including Net Promoter Score, that transforms business performance. CustomerSure was established in 2010 by Guy Letts, previously a member of the senior team at the software giant, The Sage Group plc.
Emma joins the customer experience specialists as Business Development Manager, with previous experience in digital inclusion, most recently with ReciteMe, another local technology firm, and telecoms. In her new role, she will be responsible for driving new business by raising awareness of CustomerSure and connecting to businesses where the software can make a significant difference, both to them and their own customers.
Upon joining CustomerSure, Emma said: “I am excited to help and be part of CustomerSure’s continued growth - it’s a really exciting time for the business. The company has already had massive success in healthcare, financial services, energy and B2B sectors and I cannot wait to connect with more organisations and explain how our fresh approach to measuring & improving customer satisfaction can have a significant tangible impact on business performance, and employee engagement.”
This recent appointment comes shortly after CustomerSure announced record growth in the latter half of 2022, with ambitious plans ahead for 2023. They’ve recently won new business with several new clients including Novia Financial, KK Wind, Barchester Healthcare and electronics conglomerate, Philips.
Speaking of Emma’s appointment, Darren Wake, CustomerSure’s Head of Business Development and Marketing, said:
“2022 was an exceptional year for CustomerSure, with record-breaking growth and new business. We’re making a significant difference to more businesses, giving them the software and support to be truly customer-centric and improve performance, all the time raising the bar for both customer satisfaction, and colleague engagement.
We are delighted to welcome Emma to the business. Her experience will make a significant difference to CustomerSure as we engage with more businesses, helping them to understand the power of improving customer experience and how this is a key differentiator.
2023 is already shaping up to be an even bigger year for CustomerSure, with more international clients and some significant UK wins. We are also excited to continue our free masterclass webinar series, offering advice to all businesses to help them retain and delight customers, and win new ones.“
