Lichfields planners commended in RTPI's national APC process
Two planners at planning and development consultancy Lichfields have been awarded commendations for their applications for chartered membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
Georgia Crowley, a senior planner at Lichfields London office, and George Williams, an associate director at the Cardiff office, were among five national candidates selected by the RTPI based on the calibre of their written submissions for the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) in 2022.
Over 400 candidates submit their APC annually and success recognises that they meet the high standards required for RTPI membership.
The commendations reflect the excellent quality of Georgia and George’s submissions and the significant progression they have achieved so far over the course of their professional development.
Commenting on their success, Lichfields chief executive Jim Fennell said: “This accolade reflects Georgia and George’s exceptional qualities and the opportunities to excel when pursuing the RTPI’s APC at Lichfields.”
The RTPI recognises candidates whose submissions were nominated by their assessors and judged by the Membership Assessment Advisory Panel to be worthy of a commendation.
