Morley based Novis & Co rebrand to become the DJH Mitten Clarke Group’s Leeds office

West Yorkshire based accountancy firm Novis & Co has taken on the DJH Mitten Clarke name, becoming the Leeds office for the Group.

The name change follows an announcement in February 2023, that top 50 accountancy group, DJH Mitten Clarke, had acquired Novis & Co.

DJH Mitten Clarke’s fourth acquisition in the last two years, the partnership provides a springboard in to West Yorkshire for the accountancy group who currently have offices in Chester, Manchester and Walsall, with their headquarters located in Stoke-on-Trent.

Scott Heath, Chief Executive Officer who leads the 275-plus team said: “We have seen tremendous growth for DJH Mitten Clarke within the last 12 months. The name change boosts the DJH Mitten Clarke brand further, boosting our Group’s presence in Yorkshire.

Novis’ Managing Director Claire Howarth will continue to lead the Leeds office working with fellow Director Steve Tucker. Claire said, “The decision to join forces was the next step for our business. It will allow us to enhance the service that we offer to clients, and create opportunities for the team to grow and develop, aligning with DJH Mitten Clarke’s people first approach.”
