Professional services group expands with North Yorkshire accountancy acquisition
Xeinadin Group Limited, a London headquartered professional services group, has announced the acquisition of North Yorkshire based accountancy firm, Kenneth Easby Limited.
Kenneth Easby Limited was founded in 1949 in Bedale, North Yorkshire, and provides a range of financial and business support services to owner managed businesses, the agricultural sector and high net worth individuals.
The firm has two offices in Bedale and Northallerton and has a reputation for “high quality” tax advice. The firm is led by Ken Graham who will continue to manage the practice under the new Xeinadin ownership.
The acquisition is the third announcement of an acquisition made by the Group this year and highlights the sustained success in achieving the Groups long-term growth strategy.
In 2023, Xeinadin also acquired Clear Vision Financial Management and Poppleton and Appleby, expanding the Groups national footprint as well as its expertise whilst maintaining its focus on being the most trusted advisor and supporting owner managed businesses.
Xeinadin is a group of business advisory and accountancy practices in over 130 locations across the UK and Ireland that provides over 40 service lines to over 60,000 clients, predominantly small and medium sized businesses and their owner-managers.
Derry Crowley, CEO, Xeinadin Group, commented: “We are pleased to have Kenneth Easby Limited join the Xeinadin Group. The firm is renowned for the quality of its work and is focused on the core customer groups which we are. We are delighted to be working with Ken and the team.”
Ken Graham added: “We are pleased to be part of Xeinadin Group. Being part of a larger Group with the same ethos and focus as our own will not only benefit our customers through offering additional services but also our employees as we have wider resources and knowledge sharing at our fingertips.”
