Conroy Brook/Ben Bailey Homes appoints new Commercial Manager
Award winning Yorkshire property developer Conroy Brook/Ben Bailey Homes has appointed a new Commercial Manager.
Elenya McCue studied engineering at the University of Warwick before embarking on a career within the house building industry.
Joining Gleeson Homes as a graduate within the Construction department, she then moved into Operations roles across the business.
In her new post with Conroy Brook/Ben Bailey, she will be focusing on developing house building projects from the initial planning phase through to construction and final handover to the customer.
“My last role at Gleeson Homes enabled me to take a whole company approach to progression and further development, bringing individual departments together and aligning goals for future growth, which is something that I can build on at Conroy Brook,” Elenya explained.
Alongside her work within the house building sector, Elenya has a keen eye for a project and is currently renovating a Victorian Farmhouse abandoned for around 25 years.
Away from construction, Elenya is a competitive show jumper and active member of the British Show Jumping Association together with her five-year-old competition horse, Moose.
“We are delighted to welcome Elenya to the team,” said Conroy Brook CEO Richard Conroy.
“We are confident her knowledge and experience will help us to take the business forward and give us invaluable support in bringing a busy schedule of projects through to completion.
“We are now well into our third decade of developing quality homes for our customers throughout Yorkshire.
“In that time we have grown from building a single first house, to now having a pipeline of several hundred homes ahead of us in some of the best locations in the Yorkshire region.
“Under both the Conroy Brook banner and also our Ben Bailey Homes brand we are looking for sustained growth with some exciting projects under way, all of which will benefit from Elenya’s extensive industry knowledge and practical skills.”
