£28m North Yorkshire residential development drives “strong demand"
Housebuilder Avant Homes North East has launched the first family homes for sale at its £28m, 135-home Brompton Mews development in Catterick.
Located just four miles from Richmond town centre on Cookson Way, the development will comprise a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes and feature 11 of Avant Homes’ house types.
All properties at Brompton Mews include an open-plan living space and designer kitchen with integrated appliances complete with designer tiling and contemporary sanitaryware.
Avant Homes North East sales and managing director, Don Anderson, commented: “We’ve had a fantastic response since announcing our Brompton Mews development which demonstrates the strong demand there is for our high-quality new build homes in the area.
“We’re expecting our first homes for sale to be hugely popular with people looking to move close to the Richmondshire area, so we’re encouraging buyers to visit our sales team to find out more about our house types.”
Avant Homes North East currently has nine live developments ranging from North Tyneside to Teesside with many more due to start as the business continues to implement its growth plans. The Avant Homes Group currently operates across the Midlands, North of England and Scotland from eight regional operating businesses.
At present, the housebuilder employs more than 600 people with ambition to grow further across its existing regions and beyond, creating communities and providing employment opportunities for many. Avant Homes Group has a medium-term strategic objective to sell more than 6,000 new homes per annum.
