L&Q launches phase two at Beauchamp Park
L&Q releases the second phase of homes at its landmark development for Warwickshire, Beauchamp Park.
Set on the outskirts of historic Warwick and Royal Leamington Spa, the four-phase development will ultimately deliver 450 attractive new homes, set within 20.9 hectares of leafy landscape grounds integrating public spaces, footpaths, and cycleways.
The first homes to launch in phase two include three- and four-bedroom houses for Shared Ownership, alongside an exclusive collection of five-bedroom houses for outright sale. Marking the launch of the special collection of five-bedroom family homes, on Saturday 20th May L&Q will host an event for buyers with performances from a String Duo and light refreshments.
Claire Brenlund, sales and marketing director for L&Q, comments, “We are thrilled to be launching the second of four phases at Beauchamp Park, our largest development in Warwickshire to date.
“As one of the largest housing associations in the country, L&Q is not a typical developer – we are place makers and custodians of the estate, so we are committed to helping create a genuine sense of community here.
“Our first phase delivered a broad range of property types, so we already have a mix of first-time buyers, second steppers and even downsizers living at Beauchamp Park – almost all from the local area. This will only grow and develop as we release more homes here. We can’t wait to see how the community continues to thrive.”
