Leeds based automotive technology firm ‘accelerates’ global expansion plans

An automotive technology firm that connects dealers with customers and OEMs is expanding in the Middle East and Africa.

Leeds based Mad Devs, which operates iStoreDOCs, iTrackLeads and iConnect, has deployed its technology in Saudi Arabia and South Africa. The company supports over 1,000 dealers in the UK and worldwide with its cloud-based and secure software.

Commenting on the expansion, David Boyce, CEO at Mad Devs, said: “Our global expansion is driven by word of mouth as international dealer groups and OEMs see the benefit of using our advanced technology.

“We built our platforms from the ground up with the dealer in mind and the aim of making it easy to transact a deal quickly and efficiently while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

“We continue to invest in our platforms to ensure they remain at the leading edge of technology and provide the cyber-security that the automotive industry needs.”

iStoreDOCS is a document storage platform that helps dealers remain compliant and provides real-time management information, and iTrackLEADS allows dealers to respond, allocate and measure sales enquiries. While iConnect connects dealers with their customers post-sale and maintains a connection over the ownership of the vehicle.

In the UK, the company has seen high-profile dealers join the platforms, including Sandown Mercedes, Cox Motor Group, Berry BMW and Cotswold Motor Group.
