CG images unveil first look at “beautifully designed” Tottenham Hale apartments

Way of Life has today announced the launch of their largest building to date, The Sessile, offering 310 “beautifully designed” apartments.

With residents due to move in from July 2023, The Sessile aims to offer well-considered design, services and amenities to create a contemporary and full-service rental offering.

Building on the reputation of Way of Life’s neighbouring building The Gessner which opened in 2021, The Sessile will feature a selection of studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, ranging from 473 to 1,269 sq ft. Amenities include both a gym and yoga studio, a vinyl room with a curated record collection, plus a light-filled rooftop orangery and outdoor terrace.

The Sessile also features private dining spaces for residents, including a full service kitchen and back of house space for caterers. The Sessile will also offer residents a regular cultural programme of events including fitness classes hosted by wellbeing partners in addition to regular talks and workshops with local creatives.

Tottenham Hale offers a wealth of independent restaurants, culture, and creativity, all on The Sessile’s doorstep. Located with plenty of green space nearby, The Sessile overlooks Down Lane Park and boasts “excellent” transport options with a connected bus station, central London just 15 minutes away by tube, plus direct links to Stansted Airport by train.

Gavin Chetty, brand director for Way of Life, commented: “The Sessile is our largest project to date with the most extensive amenity offering, reflecting how the space caters to every aspect of our residents’ lifestyles. Typical to the Way of Life approach to building homes, thoughtful design is weaved throughout the spaces.

“From the finishes in the apartments, to the layout and materiality of amenity spaces that allow residents to use them as an extension of their home, and add another dimension to their life at The Sessile.”

Sowgol Zarinchang, managing director, Way of Life, added: “Our third-party offering is there for like-minded investors who would like to collaborate with us and utilise our industry expertise, technical platform and experience to create buildings that are more than just a sum of their parts for residents.”

Apartments at The Sessile will be available furnished or unfurnished. Residents can manage their apartment viewing and reservation process via one simple digital journey on Way of Life’s dedicated platform, in addition to managing their tenancy and home once they have moved in.
