New Talent Director for Provide Community

Provide Community has appointed learning and development specialist Oliver Game as its Director of Talent and Learning.

Provide Community, a Community Interest Company delivers more than fifty health and social care services across the UK, employing more than 1400 people in five counties. Joining the health and social care organisation as it moves into its next growth phase, Oliver will focus on the continued development of the organisation’s industry-leading leadership development and coaching programmes.

A Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development certified professional, Oliver previously worked in the facilities management sector, where he helped to develop Mitie’s industry-leading training programme, the Revolution Academy.

Speaking about his new role at Provide Community, Oliver says: *“My whole career has been focused on coaching and supporting personal and professional development. The people-centred approach we developed at Mitie is something I take with me wherever I go; make personal development fun and experiential and the learning is far more powerful.

Away from the business, Oliver, who lives with his family in Bicknacre, Essex teacher has a lifelong passion for filmmaking. Fly a Kite, a short film that he independently wrote, produced, filmed and directed was recently shown at the Independent Film Festival in London.
