Clover HR Achieves £1M Turnover Milestone
Clover HR, a leading Midlands-based HR and recruitment business, announced today that it has achieved a significant milestone of £1 million in turnover for the first time in its history.
This achievement comes as part of Clover’s commitment to providing a highly personalised business support and recruitment service.
With a national presence across Birmingham, London, Manchester, Cardiff and Worcester, the people-first company has been at the forefront of the UK HR industry for more than six years, providing innovative solutions to businesses of all sizes.
“We are thrilled to have achieved this financial milestone, and it is a testament to the hard work, performance and dedication of our team,” said Clover HR CEO, Michael Doolin.
“Our team has gone from strength-to-strength, and we have grown rapidly over the last 12 months. We are committed to providing the best possible service to our clients, and we believe that this is what sets us apart.”
Looking ahead, Michael anticipates that the demand for remote working and flexible hours will continue, with business having to be agile with their onboarding strategies. He comments: “The need for flexibility and adaptability will continue to be significant for employers as we move through the year.
“We won’t see the return to pre-pandemic five days in the office again for some time and the debate around the four-day work week continues. We’re ahead of these industry issues and able to advise and counsel clients as and when they need support.
“Our people are passionate about delivering HR performance across an array of sectors. It’s this bespoke advice which I believe has helped us come so far in such a short space of time and our eyes are now firmly fixed on future growth.”
