'Boutique' London recruitment group achieves certified B Corp status
11 Investments, a group of boutique recruitment brands, announces that the 11 Investments Group, and all its subsequent recruitment brands, have been certified B Corp.
11 Investments is a group of specialist recruitment brands, established by Joe Curtis, Andy Sellers and Charlie Rawstron in 2014. Joe, Andy and Charlie began by founding 3Search, now the UK’s largest marketing and digital recruitment agency.
Following the success of 3Search, they began a series of investments in other, like-minded recruitment businesses via the formation of 11 Investments. Their purpose has remained consistent throughout this journey. They wanted to build a business that better serviced its customers and its employees. Their core values – be kind, have ambition, show respect, and love what you do – mean that their highly engaged employees strive to deliver the best service to their customers.
Encapsulating their growth has also been an ambition to thrive within a socially responsible environment. All brands donate part of their revenue to charities – 3Search to Beam a homelessness social enterprise, The Sales Recruitment Company to Kids Inspire and the 11 Investments Group to Macmillan Cancer Support. Alongside this work, the Group have internal committees covering DEI, the environment, LGTBQ+ and health & wellbeing, that work to make the employee experience as inclusive and as successful as possible.
Andy Sellers, Co-founder, says “As founders, we are committed to doing things in the right way. Creating a brilliant experience for our employees, clients and the wider communities we’re a part of has always been a key focus of our business as we grow. We believe deeply in the B Corp Movement and that being a part of their global community will allow us to continue growing in the right way.”
