Commercial Director makes comeback to Barratt Southampton
Barratt Developments has welcomed back Ross Snow as Commercial Director for the compa-ny’s Southampton division.
With an impressive property career behind him, Ross re-joined Barratt Developments in June 2023 following a stint at Persimmon homes.
Ross also previously worked at KingsOak Homes – formerly part of the Barratt group – before working for Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes for 12 years as a Surveyor and then Commercial Manager, covering the Hampshire, Dorset, and West Sussex region.
He left in December 2017 but he always knew he wanted to make a return to Barratt and now settling into his new role as Commercial Director, Ross Snow has high hopes for the future.
“It’s great to be back with a brand that I feel so passionate about” Ross said. “It’s an interesting time for housebuilders, but Barratt remains in a resilient position as a result of the strength of our operations.
“My aim is to continue to help build on that strength and play my part in delivering best quality homes for our customers.”
Barratt Southampton MD James Dunne said: “We’re pleased to welcome Ross back to the team. His wealth of experience in the industry and long-standing knowledge of the business is the perfect blend to deliver a full programme of site development – and it’s great to have him back.”
