London based circular economy fintech announces expansion to 31st country
Twig, a London headquartered circular economy fintech is proud to announce its expansion into its 31st country, this month.
With this expansion, Twig is now available to even more consumers around the world, helping to promote a ‘more circular way of life and sustainable consumption’.
Twig offers a ‘simple and convenient’ way for people to sell pre-owned electronics, clothing, CDs, books and now Lego. By doing so, the company enables individuals to reduce their environmental impact and save money, all while contributing to a more sustainable way of life.
Geri Cupi, CEO and founder of Twig, commented: “We are thrilled to be expanding to our 31st country and to be able to offer our services to even more people around the world. This will see an increased adoption of sustainable consumption and taking action to reduce their environmental impact.
“We believe that everyone has a role to play in creating a more sustainable future, and we are proud to be empowering individuals to make a positive impact through their choices.”
As more and more people embrace a circular way of life, Twig is seeing a significant increase in the number of individuals using its platform, already hugely popular with the Gen Z growing consumer group.
More than two million users now use Twig globally and it recently reported its third-millionth download. This growing number highlights the importance of sustainable consumption and the role that pre-owned items play in reducing waste and promoting a more circular world.
Geri continued: “At Twig, we are committed to making it easier for individuals to embrace a circular way of life, and we are excited to continue expanding our platform to even more countries in the future.”
