'Leading' real estate company hits rental milestone amidst period of expansion

Leading real estate company LiFE Residential is expanding its branch network with a new North Acton office opening this month, following strong growth which saw revenue of £16.9m (2022 accounts), with annual rent roll hitting £100m (March 2022 to February 2023).

Managing over 4,800 properties across London, the award-winning agency specialises in newbuild property and providing comprehensive asset management in London, Birmingham, and Asia. Located at Trentham Court on Victoria Road, the new 2,066 sq. ft. North Acton branch will house 12 full-time staff across Sales, Lettings, Business Development and Renewal teams.

North Acton is the eighth office to open in the capital with the locations covering: Head Office (Park Royal), West London, Canary Wharf, Nine Elms, South Bank, Greenwich, North & City and Royal Wharf, each located close to tube stations, alongside offices in Birmingham, Singapore, Shanghai and Hong Kong.

Founded in 2000, LiFE’s services include sales, lettings and property management, with a dedicated Build-to-Rent team. Currently employing over 180 staff, who speak 32 languages between them, many clients have been retained for over two decades.

The new office opening, complete with a £350,000 fit out, is part of the agency’s expansion plans to meet current demand, with a dedicated recruitment campaign to begin later this summer.

For investors, LiFE can offer a full lifecycle of asset management, from advising on investment opportunities through brokering a deal, managing the property (whether this is hands-on or landlord led), to marketing and selling the property when required. Annually, LiFE processes over 4,000 tenancies with a vacancy rate less than 1% and 0.7% average rent arrears.
