Fulham Broadway’s Leisure Offer David Lloyd Clubs Undergoes £6.5 Million New Concept Transformation

David Lloyd Clubs has confirmed significant investment at Fulham Broadway, managed by CBRE Investment Management (CBRE IM) and will re-launch its new high-end concept site, in the first quarter of 2024.

David Lloyd Fulham has just started the eight-month programme of works and are now underway to deliver a completely transformed Club. Split over two floors, and covering 38,000 sq ft, David Lloyd Fulham will be unveiling a brand-new state-of-the-art gym, bespoke designed group class studios, DL Kids areas, refurbished 20m indoor pool, and a luxurious Spa retreat boasting five breathtaking experience rooms including a Himalayan salt sauna, rainforest experience shower, hydrotherapy pool heated relaxation beds and more. The new look Clubroom will provide a comfortable place to relax and socialise with freshly cooked meals and refreshing drinks as well as a business lounge area.

A decedent, modern theme will run throughout and feature high-end finishes using marble and natural stone surfaces with a bronze and neutral colour palette. Specially placed planting and a bespoke lighting scheme will complete the soft and welcoming environment envisioned by the specialist in-house team at David Lloyd Clubs.
