Belmont Healthcare Group Celebrates Multiple Finalists in the Prestigious Kent Care Awards

Belmont Healthcare Group are proud to announce that five outstanding staff members from across the Belmont Healthcare Group have been selected as finalists in the highly respected Kent Care Awards.

Chris Saunders, an unswerving member of the company’s team, has been named a finalist in the Ancillary Frontline category. Chris’s exemplary service to the Belmont Healthcare Group has always been a beacon of professionalism and dedication. His commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents has been recognised with this nomination.

Gurpreet Vara’s remarkable work in Social Nursing has been acknowledged as she has been selected as a finalist for the Social Nursing award. Gurpreet’s unwavering commitment to offering emotional support, fostering relationships, and providing holistic nursing care at Wombwell Hall Care Home is a testament to her skills and passion for the profession.

Kyle Butcher, a volunteer at Haslington Lodge Care Home, has been named a finalist in the Rising Star category. Kyle’s exceptional dedication, quick learning, and innovative ideas have marked him out as a future leader in the sector. This nomination affirms his ongoing commitment to providing the highest level of care.

Tracey Crittenden, an invaluable asset to the team, has been nominated for the Residential Champion award. Tracey’s tireless work as Activities Coordinator and commitment to resident-centred activities sets a benchmark for the rest of the industry.

Liz Tart has also been acknowledged as a Frontline Leader finalist. Liz’s steadfast leadership as deputy manager at Madeira Lodge Care Home, and commitment to her team, has set a new standard for what it means to be a leader in healthcare.

The Kent Care Awards celebrates the valuable contributions made by individuals within the care industry in Kent. This year’s winners will be announced at a gala event in Maidstone on September 22nd, 2023. Belmont Healthcare Group wishes its finalists the best of luck and is incredibly proud of their accomplishments.
