Northumberland business consultancy celebrates “record-breaking” growth

Business, Leadership & Sales consultancy M4C Ltd based in Northumberland is about to celebrate the end of a “record breaking” fifth year of providing expert advice, business support, mentoring and executive coaching.

Since 2020 M4C has worked with around 400 SMEs across the North of England through a variety of ERDF funded programmes, often supporting businesses in rural locations with limited meeting spaces for often sensitive and confidential conversations.

However, these spaces are said to be surrounded by “inspirational natural spaces” where it is possible to take business owners and leaders away from the distractions of being in their business to give them the time and space to focus on their business and their personal leadership.

With this in mind M4C has invested in a custom conversion and is now offering a bespoke “Road trip to success” service, where clients journey together with their trusted advisor engaging in an open side-by-side conversion before arriving at a place with special meaning or that inspires them to open their minds and view their challenges from a new perspective.

Often this might involve a walk along a stretch of coastline, lake shore or fell, returning to the “luxurious” mobile consulting space for refreshments and a chance to capture key ideas and develop future focussed action plans.

Founded in July 2018 M4C Ltd, Business, Leadership & Sales consultancy is led by Matthew Curtis. Matthew is a “sought-after” business consultant and executive coach / mentor with clients both across the UK and internationally, he holds a first degree in Chemistry and MBA and is a Fellow of the institute of consulting.

M4C offers:

  • Strategy & Business planning: Helping businesses to identify the right strategy for them based upon their value proposition, market potential and their capability to execute.
  • Revenue growth: Helping businesses to generate more sales, understand and refine their sales processes, forecast and manage sales pipelines (can involve CRM support)
  • Training: Design & Delivery of bespoke Leadership & Sales Training programmes and Team building events with learning outcomes.
