Essex-based business expert is recognised with a global award.
A Chelmsford-based business coach with over 25 years of experience helping businesses to grow and prosper around the world has been awarded the prestigious title of Global Coach of The Year. Peter Boolkah has been a businessman for over 30 years running multiple successful businesses after starting at the very bottom. 18 years ago, he decided to put all that he’d learnt as a business owner to good use helping other businesses to scale up and grow.
On the Thai Island of Phuket last week at the 2023 Global ActionCOACH conference, Peter was presented the award which coincided with ActionCOACH’s 30th Anniversary.
Peter says: “This award has been a dream ever since I embarked on my journey with ActionCOACH 18 years ago. The fact that this recognition coincides with ActionCOACH’s 30th anniversary makes it even more special.
I owe this tremendous achievement to the unwavering support and encouragement of my amazing peers, clients, family and dedicated team. Without your collective efforts, this milestone wouldn’t have been possible.
As I reflect on this achievement, I’m reminded once again of the power of coaching and how it can transform lives and businesses alike. I’m committed to continuing my pursuit of excellence and making a positive impact on the world through coaching. I look forward to further growth, collaboration, and success and to helping more businesses grow and thrive.“
Peter works with CEOs and entrepreneurs, here in the UK and throughout the world to grow their businesses. The reasons an entrepreneur might want to grow their business can be for a better work-life balance or with the view to growing it and selling it as a going concern. One of Peter’s success stories is helping a local Essex Sports and Leisure Service, Repair and Provision company which had a 1.5 million pound a year turnover in 2008 turn into an 8-million-pound company - which the owner then sold in 2017.
Peter says business coaches are more in demand than ever before as business leaders look to find new ways for their businesses to survive and grow.
