Travel tech fashion brand announces dates for pop-up store in London’s Shoreditch
Barcelona based Tropicfeel will open its first ever UK pop up in London’s Shoreditch for two days on 29 September until 30 September, giving UK customers the chance to ‘choose to bloom’ and discover the latest in travel tech.
On 28 September Tropicfeel will celebrate the launch by inviting press, content creators and loyal customers to an exclusive event to preview the store and new Canyon HDry ahead of the official opening on 29 September to all customers.
The pop-up celebrates the launch of Tropicfeel’s brand new trainer The Canyon HDry. Building on the brand’s bestseller, this new style is enhanced with the ‘most breathable and waterproof’ membrane from HDry.
Drawing inspiration from adventurous travels, the pop-up space aims to ‘transport visitors out of busy London into a tranquil escape that encapsulates the Tropicfeel universe’, offering customers insight on the technical features the Canyon HDry has to offer, and also connecting Londoners to other travel products.
Founder, Alberto Espinós commented: “It’s great to be in London and to be sharing this exciting new Canyon style. We have an incredible customer base here and see huge potential in the market.
“We know our products can compete with the best and feel confident that anyone who visits the space will leave with a brand that they can rely on for life.
Founded in 2017 by Alberto Espinós, Tropicfeel started when Alberto returned from travelling Southeast Asia with his friends. This led Alberto to quit his job and take a chance on a need that many travellers had.
Tropicfeel launched on Kickstarter, where it launched its first product: trainers designed exclusively for Travelers. In just 50 days the company broke the platform’s record: 35,000 trainers sold. This managed to raise €2.1m in 50 days and opened the doors to investors from more than 140 countries.
