Lane7 Bowls Birmingham Over With Stunning Bullring Location

Lane7 is gearing up to launch a new flagship gaming and entertainment hub in the heart of Birmingham city centre. The new three-storey destination will open its doors in Bullring & Grand Central’s LinkStreet next week, offering a host of activities including bowling, darts, beer pong, floor shuffle, and so much more!

Already a staple of the city’s nightlife scene, having opened its first destination at The Cube back in 2018, Lane7 has chosen Birmingham as the first city to host two of its complexes. The biggest site yet, the new-look Lane7 will feature 14 bowling lanes, 35 arcade games, and a free gaming hall.

Across its 1000 capacity location, Lane7 will also offer darts, beer pong, floor shuffle, curling, ping pong, pool tables, shooting pods, and even karaoke sheds.

Victoria Gottschalk, Head of Marketing at Lane7 comments:

“It’s finally time to unveil our incredible new Birmingham destination, right in the heart of the city. For the past five years, our venue in the Cube has been embraced by Birmingham, and we’re so excited to provide a new location for even more gaming and entertainment. We do bowling incredibly well and, teamed with some of our other classic activities, we’re passionate about providing the ultimate place for people to come and have fun. Bullring & Grand Central was an obvious choice for our biggest Lane7 yet. These two city landmarks are the perfect home for our new venue, and we cannot wait to welcome people through the doors.”

It has been an exciting 18 months for the Lane7 team, announcing new developments across London as well as this second site in LinkStreet, which connects Bullring and Grand Central.

Toby Tait, Director Asset Management, Hammerson, said: “The opening of Lane7 is another important step forward in Hammerson’s evolution of Bullring & Grand Central bringing to life our ‘destination’ with innovative entertainment, leisure and social experiences that engage and excite new audiences and drives footfall. This new games concept further strengthens our offer and complements the existing food and social hub in Grand Central.”
