Residential real estate recognition for Springfield Healthcare

Yorkshire-based care home company, Springfield Healthcare is celebrating after its Beverley-based care home, Chapter House was awarded ‘Best Residential Operator’ at the Yorkshire Residential Real Estate Awards 2023.

Opening its doors less than a year ago, Chapter House, a 79-bed care home which provides residential, dementia, respite and palliative care was praised by judges for “keeping people at the heart of everything it does,”

The prestigious awards, which were held at the New Dock Hall in Leeds were set up to celebrate the Yorkshire property industry, and to raise money for the Yorkshire Children’s Charity, which raises vital funds to help disabled and disadvantaged children in the region.

Chapter house is one of eight luxury care homes within the Springfield Healthcare group that prides itself on its unique ‘5* hotel with care’ proposition, which made it stand out to a panel of esteemed judges.

Janet S, a sister of a resident living at Chapter House said, “Chapter House has the most lovely, homely décor, is well designed and has beautiful outdoor space.

“All the staff I met are so friendly, but also capable of providing excellent care – I feel that Chapter house is superb in comparison to other care home I visited.”

This award comes less than a year since two of Springfield Healthcare’s homes were listed in the Knight Frank Luxury Care Home Guide 2023, which showcases 100 of the finest care homes in the UK.
