Trio of appointments announced by Homebuilder in the North West

MCI Developments, a subsidiary of top 10 UK homebuilder Keepmoat, continues to achieve success with the announcement of three new hires.

Dean Harrison has joined MCI Developments as Technical Director where he will focus on maintaining and developing strong relationships with strategic partners across the North West, growing the development pipeline and strengthening the technical team.

Dean brings 28 years’ experience within the construction industry and has worked at well known housing developers including Taylor Wimpey, Barratt Homes, and David Wilson Homes. Most recently, Dean was Divisional Technical Director for the North West region at Gleeson Developments.

MCI has also welcomed Ashley Anderson as Assistant Land & Partnerships Manager and Ryan Dodd as a Development Engineer. Ashley will support the team to acquire new land and grow the existing pipeline of developments, whilst securing registered provider partners for the delivery of these sites.

Whilst Ryan will progress new and existing developments from start to finish, working collaboratively with all statutory bodies and assisting site teams across all developments.
