Lakeside Software expands its channel partner team with three key hires

Lakeside Software, the leading IT data intelligence company, has announced the expansion of its channel partner team with three key director hires; Shannon van Dulken, Pierre Bousaleh and Mario Schuld. These strategic hires underscore its commitment to enhancing its global partner ecosystem and extending its reach to new regions and customers.

The three new directors will be focused on EMEA and will be instrumental in fostering collaborations and expanding Lakeside’s partner network. With customers in more than 30 countries, the company is dedicated to building its global team, most recently with an announcement of expansion into the DACH region. Lakeside’s partner programme is a critical part of its offering that helps optimise IT environments and deliver end-to-end visibility. Working with partners around the world, Lakeside provides everyone with a better view of the entire IT estate.

Shannon van Dulken joins as partner director for the UK, Ireland, and Southern Europe. van Dulken has a pedigree in establishing and driving strategy, growth, and expansion of partner ecosystems. She joins Lakeside with more than 15 years of experience in the FinTech space across banking and capital markets in both New York and London. She is passionate about building a robust, varied, and healthy ecosystem centred around collaboration.

Pierre Bousaleh joins as partner director for the Nordics, Benelux and Middle East. Bousaleh is a dynamic global sales and marketing executive with more than 20 years of experience in ecosystem transformation, strategic alliances, and revenue generation. With deep expertise in global partnerships, growth strategy, and demand generation, Bousaleh is passionate about leveraging technology for innovation and solving complex business challenges.

Mario Schuld joins as partner director for the DACH region and Eastern Europe. Schuld brings nearly 25 years of IT and channel experience with a background in sales, marketing, management, and business development. He is passionate about people, building lasting and sustainable relationships and generally building something new while having an impact.
