Private equity firm bolsters London based team with three new appointments

LDC, a private equity investor, has appointed Richard Haynes as VCP Commercial Director, Natasha Fisher as VCP Commercial Manager and Arnie Fuller as VCP Technology Manager, bolstering the support it provides to management teams across its portfolio.

Richard will lead the commercial VCP team, helping LDC’s portfolio companies to accelerate growth by building greater sales, marketing and pricing effectiveness.

Richard has 20 years’ experience in helping UK businesses to successfully deliver commercial growth. Richard was previously Chief Commercial Officer at Avado, a private equity backed digital learning business.

Prior to this, he has worked within several management teams to shape and execute growth plans for digitally enabled B2B organisations backed by some of the UK’s leading private equity investors. He spent his early career with PA Consulting and EY.

Natasha will also focus on supporting commercial growth across the portfolio through sales, marketing, cross-sell and pricing effectiveness.

Previously, Natasha was a Consultant at Armstrong Transaction Services, where she worked on commercial due diligence and value creation projects for private equity mid-market funds, debt providers and corporate investors. She also has experience in strategy consulting, having started her career with Simon-Kucher & Partners.

Arnie, currently IT Manager at LDC, will partner with LDC’s portfolio company management teams to help improve their IT effectiveness. This will include supporting cyber improvements and controls, IT strategy and IT health checks to help our businesses deliver best in class IT to enable them to grow effectively and efficiently.
