ScaleUp Group, Evelyn Partners, Silverpeak and TechMarketView sign up as headline sponsors for the 2024 Enterprise Awards for tech founders

Today the Enterprise Awards announced four headline sponsors for its 12th industry event uniquely created and organised to recognise technology founders and entrepreneurs, taking place on June 26th, 2024

The event will also be sponsored by the wealth management and professional services group Evelyn Partners, specialist tech company corporate finance adviser Silverpeak, and tech analyst and adviser TechMarketView, together with ScaleUp Group itself, which is also the overall manager of the awards. John O’Connell, Founder and Executive Chairman of ScaleUp Group, created the awards in 2010, and each year the charities of The Worshipful Company of Information Technologists ‘WCIT’ are the beneficiaries of the profits from the Enterprise Awards event.

CommsCo, the B2B tech PR agency, will be ScaleUp Group’s new media relations partner. Other new sponsors and partners will be announced shortly. All of them are united in their support for the UK’s technology scaleups and entrepreneurs.

Management of the event itself and the entry process will be launched soon and organised by tx2 events. The event will take place once again at the prestigious Drapers Hall in the City of London.

John O’Connell said: “From somewhat humble beginnings, the Enterprise Awards are now firmly established as the only event in the UK which focus on individuals who have had the entrepreneurial character to found a tech business and grow it over time. Past winners employ thousands of people and have valuations running into the billions of pounds, as well as being an inspiration for those entrepreneurs who come along behind them.”

The Enterprise Awards are the only awards solely for successful founders of tech businesses in the UK and recognise the best of entrepreneurial talent. Previous winners have founded early stage and high growth companies such as Clue Software, Diginius, Duco, Panintelligence, Quantexa and Wazuko, as well as listed companies Blue Prism, Darktrace and Kainos. These founders have all been recognised and awarded for their vision, growth, innovation, financial management, as well as stamina, social impact and sustainability.
